* Avrie Jo: 39 weeks

 This Week:

• Avrie is: 39 weeks old! {*side note, baby girl was born at 39 weeks & 5 days}
  
•  Avrie had a busy week doing the following: rocking baby leggings- i love them! crawling up onto my lap all of the time {photos 270 & 272}. we headed north for a visit with baby friend brooklyn. on sunday {photo 273} we hung out over at grandma & grandpa e's for a later morning visit with auntie jamie and co. monday night uncle garrett was in town along with another visit from grandpa and grandpa sonnek {two visits in one week!} in photo 274 avrie is trying to follow along as garrett figures out grandma sonnek's nook. lastly, today in photo 275 avrie is hanging onto her favorite toy this week- do you see the little red ball in her left hand? she carries that little ball around everywhere she goes- scoots, crawls and even climbs while hanging onto it. she gets so excited when she sees this ball on the floor- there are 5 others and it's only the red one!
  
• Avrie's current favorite activity is: screaming... when it's loud and there are a lot of people talking at once baby screams and by scream i ear piercing. we kind of got a look from a stranger at a friend's gathering over the weekend. everyone else thought/thinks it's cute... let's just hope it's a phase and just her means of communicating and wanting a little "extra" attention. since she is also in the mimic everyone phase, i try to copy her screams with a "hushed tone that is sing-songy" she just laughs at me!
  
• Dr. appts this week: no appts- but we have av's 9month appt tomorrow morning and i have A LOT to talk to the doctor about {the past three months seem so long ago but then again so short!} we had a really bad case of diaper rash last week and it's still kind of sticking around, so i am hoping the dr will have some advice for us on this. so far buttpaste has been doing the trick.
